The Story
Organizational Leadership Systems, LLC (OLS) has provided oil and consulting for the past 13 years with multiple years involving field landman services, corporate in house services and mineral acquisition. The services has been exemplary in all phases of the work, and received high recognition from a major oil and gas operator based in Texas. On multiple occasions, oil and gas land services have been repeatedly requested, and all projects were completed.
The foundation of OLS is governed by highly ethical conduct, mutual respect, social responsibility and the delivery of services in a professional, responsive, timely and committed manner at all time.

The consultants affiliated with organizational leadership systems have extensive experience in oil and gas land research, runsheets, mineral ownership reports, leasehold, HBP, title curative and oil and gas leasing.

Sr. Land Consultant
Greg has over 25 years of land experience, with 13 years as a Petroleum Landman with 5 years of in-house experience and 8 years of field experience facilitating oil and gas projects for major oil and gas operators. Prior to oil and gas, Greg owned a title clearing company for approximately 10 years that cured title for major development projects throughout the City of Detroit, State of Michigan and many other states. Greg also has experience as a environmental land consultant that performed Phase I and Phase II Environmental Land Assessments, experience in the government sector as an Urban / Environmental Planner that reviewed concept plans, site plans, brownfield site development and committee participation on all levels of government.
